Burgess Chambers

He is President and founded the firm in 1988.  Mr. Chambers is an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in Tampa and is a member of the Investment Management Institute. He is an associate member of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR) and the Florida Public Pension Trustees Association.  Mr. Chambers has published numerous articles, and has been quoted in U.S. News and World Report and Investment Management Weekly.  Mr. Chambers received his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from Tulane University in 1980 and 1978. He is the registered principal of the firm.

 

Mitchell Brennan, Senior Investment Consultant

Mitchel Brennan is a senior investment consultant with Burgess Chambers & Associates, Inc., responsible for investment research, manager due diligence and client reporting. Mr. Brennan joined BCA after an internship with KCM Asset Management, a market neutral hedge fund, where he was responsible for financial modeling and equity research. Mr. Brennan graduated from Stetson University where he was a member of the Roland George Investment Program, a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, and a captain for the Hatter’s baseball team. Mr. Brennan is Series 65 certified and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
