Ngozi Chuku, Associate Director

Ngozi Chuku is a member of Barings’ Global Business Development Group. Ngozi is responsible for
developing and managing relationships with institutional investors across the Southeast. She formally
joined the industry in 2019. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Ngozi spent years working at a wide range of
leading institutions including BlackRock, the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Accenture
and Emory Healthcare where her cross-functional experience spanned investor relations, project and
change management, strategic communications and data analytics.

Ngozi holds a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida. She earned a Master of Public
Health with a focus on Health and Policy Management from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public
Health. While studying abroad, Ngozi earned a Master of Science in Social Policy from the London
School of Economics and Political Science.
