Do I need to pay a guest fee at the Annual Conference?
If you are bringing a guest to the conference, you must pay the guest fee IF your guest plans to attend the Welcome Gathering on Sunday, have the FPPTA provided breakfast each morning or refreshment breaks throughout the day, and/or visit the exhibit hall. These areas require guests to wear a name badge to enter.

Do I need to pay a guest fee if my guest plans to attend ONLY the 40th Anniversary Dinner Club and Concert on Tuesday evening?
NO, If your guest plans to attend only the Tuesday evening event to celebrate the FPPTA’s 40th anniversary dinner and concert, you DO NOT need to pay the guest fee. Each conference attendee is allowed to bring one guest to this event.

Do I need to register for the 40th Anniversary Dinner and Concert on Tuesday evening?
YES, we do require those attending the Tuesday dinner and concert to register in advance for this event. Registration for this event is a separate registration form on the Current Event page of the FPPTA website. It is important that the FPPTA provide accurate numbers to the hotel and caterers to avoid costly fees and comfortably accommodate all who would like to attend.

Is there an additional cost to attend the Tuesday night 40th Anniversary Dinner Club and Concert?
NO, there is no additional cost for you and a guest to attend this event. Again, we ask that you register for this event so we can comfortably accommodate attendees and coordinate the event in a way that provides all our attendees with the best experience possible.

Each attendee is allowed one guest to the 40th Anniversary Dinner Club and Concert. What do we do if we are traveling with children?
The FPPTA will be offering complimentary childcare for children (ages 3-12) so you and your guest can rest easy and enjoy the evening’s event knowing your children are set up with entertainment of their own. Please let us know on the registration form for this event whether you plan to take advantage of the childcare and how many children we can expect from your party.

What about registration deadlines?
Whether you are registering a guest for the conference or registering yourself (and a guest) for the 40th Anniversary Dinner Club and Concert, you must register in advance. There will be no on-site registration. The deadline for registering for the 40th Anniversary Dinner Club and Concert is June 17, 2024.
