Headquartered in Los Angeles, Aristotle Capital was founded in October 2010 with the viewpoint of creating a specialized global platform focusing on a limited number of offerings. Over the years, we have expanded by bringing on affiliated investment advisors, including Aristotle Pacific Capital (2023), Aristotle Atlantic Partners (2016), Aristotle Capital Boston (2014) and Aristotle Credit Partners (2014). Today, Aristotle Capital and our affiliates are collectively known as “Aristotle.” Aristotle is a global asset management firm with over $100 billion* (as of December 31, 2024) in client assets across equity and fixed income strategies. We are structured as an LLC and majority owned by our employees.

Aristotle Capital’s global investment philosophy dates back over 25 years when the main principals of the company first worked together in the 1990s. Aristotle Capital is majority owned by its employees, and the ownership is spread across 35 individuals from most departments of the organization.
