Annual Conference Overview

The FPPTA Annual Conference draws approximately 2,000 people every year. The two and half day conference focuses on a macro-perspective of the industry and public pension landscape through speakers and presenters with specific industry knowledge. Attendees are encouraged to bring their families to the annual conference, to network with industry vendors and event sponsors, and to spend time learning from one another how to protect and grow municipal pension plans.

FPPTA’s annual membership and Board of Directors meetings are held at this event where new officers, board members, and committee members are voted (or named) and seated and where membership is updated on the status of the organization.

In addition to conference speakers, the FPPTA Annual Conference also features a welcome gathering dinner, a charity golf classic tournament, and children’s activities.

Please join us for the 35th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday for an evening of dinner and entertainment by the band None Other. Child care will be provided.

Our Associates Charitable Golf Tournament will take place on Sunday at 8 am. The proceeds from this tournament will go to the Raymond T. Edmondson Scholarship Fund.

The Exhibitors Hall will be open Sunday from noon until 6 pm for set up. The Exhibit Hall will be open to attendees Monday 7:00 am until 4:30 pm and Tuesday from 7:15 am until 4:30 pm.
