Rebecca White, CFA
Rebecca is responsible for Newton’s ESG integration strategy. This includes setting the philosophy as to why Newton conducts ESG research, and the way in which ESG risks and opportunities can be material to investments. Rebecca works with key stakeholders across the investment team to ensure that these factors are considered within investment decisions. She also sits on Newton’s Micro Theme Oversight Committee. Prior to this, Rebecca worked in London as an analyst in the team, covering consumer and industrial sectors, and lead research and engagement on human capital management, biodiversity and food system sustainability. Rebecca is a CFA charter holder and holds a Law degree from the University of Exeter. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys reading and staying active with spin classes and practicing yoga.
