Xuereb joined Polen Capital in 2011. Prior to joining Polen Capital, over a 15 year period, Mr. Xuereb served roles in equity research, portfolio specialist and institutional client service for both domestic and global equity portfolios for AllianceBernstein in New York City. Before joining AllianceBernstein, Mr. Xuereb spent two years as an accountant at Dean Witter. He received his B.A. in accounting from the City University of New York, Queens College.
